What is Skyline
Skyline offers customers a "virtual desktop" containing all of your familiar business software applications including Microsoft Office and Adobe Reader, all accessed via the Internet and paid for on a simple, pay-as-you-go model.
Skyline is a comprehensive, scalable and cost-effective platform, which gives you the ability to utilise a full suite of market leading business applications on a per user, per month cost basis via the Internet.
The service is delivered from UK ISO 2700/PCI Type 1 accredited hosting facilities based in the North West of England, and presented to users via Remote Desktop Services. Skyline is underpinned by the Skyline SLAs for both Service Availability and requests for support. All data stored as part of the Service is subject to defined backup, archiving and recovery policies.
Skyline has many advantages over the traditional way of working. Our desktop model lets you easily customise your working environment with a full range of software applications that are available on demand. You will be able to access your desktop securely from anywhere in the world that has an Internet connection. It is also extremely easy to add further users to the system as your organisation grows.
